THE PROPERTY - PRICES

Centrally heated throughout, Prat de la Vella provides a cosy retreat in winter after a day's skiing or a welcome repose after a day's walking in the mountains with fabulous views of both the mountains and down the valley.

The Lounge with Dining Area
Has comfortable seating for eight people around a log fire with Satellite TV, DVD, radio, CD and cassette player. There are plenty of games and lots of books both for adults and children.

The Kitchen
Cooking is on 4 gas hobs, 1 electric griddle and an electric oven. This well stocked kitchen includes a microwave, toaster, coffee machine and a bread maker for the adventurous. Along with a fridge/freezer, there is a dishwasher and, in the utility room, a washing machine/dryer. It is also fully equipped with plenty of saucepans, casserole dishes and all the utensils to facilitate your culinary skills.

Master Bedroom
Consisting of a double bed with ensuite shower, basin and WC.

Bedroom 2
Bunk beds with lockable access to the balcony.

This room is set up for children with a bunk bed (although the beds are full size for adults with thick mattresses) and chairs that convert to beds for sleeping, a table and humidifier (as children tend sleep better at altitude with one).

Bedroom 3
Twin bedded with access to the balcony.

Family Bathroom
With hydro-massage bath, shower, basin and WC.
